Types of customers of the canteen:

Regular customers of the canteen:

Students who request the canteen service for the whole school year with a minimum frequency of 1 day/week (the same day of the week) will be considered as regular customers of the canteen.

Regular discontinued customers:

Students in a situation of shared custody or in which the employment situation of their parents or guardians can foresee regular attendance throughout the school year, alternating weeks or months will be considered as regular discontinued customers.

Occasional customers:

Students who do not comply with the previous options will be considered as occasional customers.

Refunds

Refunds will be made provided students are not scholarship holders.

The amount to be refunded will be 50% of the fee.

Refunds will be made in the following cases:

• Days of strike when the canteen is closed.
• If the students miss 5 days in a row, as long as they notify the previous day between 8:30 and 10:00 to the following email: jantoki@txominaresti.eus

Prices

Regular customer: 4,60 €.

Eventual customer: 5,20 €.

The amount will be the same every month.

The total cost is prorated and divided into 10 months, from september to June.

Receipts will be sent at the beginning of the month.
